If you receive a damaged item, please email cielomercantile@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged item and any damaged packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please hold on to any damaged packaging until the situation has been resolved. If we are unable to replace the item, we will refund your money. All sales final on antiques, bed linens, custom orders, dried flowers and sale items.
